Let's dive into the world of campaign elements and conditions to help you maximize your Simply-B2B experience. These tools are found on the right side of your screen and are vital for crafting effective sequences. 🔧🛠️

Actions 🔧

Each element that requires text has the option of inserting it with all the necessary tags, Images, and GIF hyper-personalization, directly while making the Sequence, as well as setting up after how many days and/or hours you want a certain element or condition to be executed. Also, you have the option to do A/B testing.

View Profile 👁️: This step visits your leads' profiles, and they receive a notification. It's essential for some other steps that we'll discuss later.
Invite to Connect 🤝: This action sends a connection invitation to your leads. No need for a "View Profile" step before this, as Simply-B2B handles it internally.
Message 💬: This is the LinkedIn Message step, allowing you to send messages to your 1st-degree connections.
InMail Message 📩: You can send InMails to your 2nd and 3rd-degree connections, as well as to people you're not connected with. You have 800 free InMails per month, which can be sent only to leads with open profiles.
Follow 👀: Following someone on LinkedIn allows you to see their posts without being connected. Leads are notified that you are following them, enhancing the chances of them accepting your connection request.
Email Message 📧: You can send business emails or emails imported from a CSV file or through an open API. The type of email depends on your sequence and source.
Email Discovery & Verification 🔍: This step can find and verify business emails via your source (CSV file or open API) or find & verify emails from LinkedIn. You can read more about it here.

Conditions 🛠️

Each condition has two outputs - “yes” and “no”, a custom condition that has up to 5.

Custom Condition 🌳: You can have up to 5 customizable outputs for complex decision trees.
If Connected 🔗: It checks if the lead accepts or doesn't accept your connection request. The sequence continues based on the outcome.
If Email is Opened 📬: This condition checks if the lead opens or doesn't open the email.
If Has Imported Email by Your Source 📥: For uploaded emails via CSV or API, this checks if the lead has the email.
If Has Verified Email🔎: It checks if Simply-B2B found business emails after the Email Discovery & Verification step.
If Free InMail 🆓: Determines if the lead's account can receive free InMails.
If Email Clicked 🔗: This condition checks if the email contains a link that the lead clicks or doesn't click on.

🧠 Keep in mind:

There's no limit to the number of steps in your sequence.
If you have a LinkedIn basic or Premium subscription, you can send only 1 InMail to a lead; follow-up InMails aren't possible.
You can't connect two conditions; you can only connect two actions.
