Here's a step-by-step guide on using Custom Conditions:

Create New Output: Click on this option to begin setting up your Custom Condition. You'll see the following choices:

• Delete the previously set output
• Configure the next output
• Set the timing for when the Custom Condition will be executed

Output #1: For this example, let's choose "If connected" as the condition for Output #1, and then select "Message" as the action on the right. This means that if a lead is connected, you'll send them a message.

How the sequence looks:

• If connected ➡️ Message

Output #2: Now, let's go for a different scenario. Choose "If not connected" but "has verified email" for Output #2. Then, select "Email message" as the action on the right. This condition covers leads who aren't connected but have a verified email.

How the sequence looks:

• If NOT connected but ➡️ If has verified email ➡️ Email message

Output #3: For this one, let's assume the lead is not connected, doesn't have a verified email, but is open to free InMails. So, select "If not connected," "if has not verified email," and "open to Free InMails" for Output #3. Then, choose "InMail message" as the action on the right.

How the sequence looks:

• If NOT connected ➡️ If has NOT verified email ➡️ If open to Free InMails ➡️ InMail message

Output #4: Now, imagine the lead is not connected, doesn't have a verified email, and isn't open to free InMails. In this case, you can set "If not connected," "If no verified email," "if no free InMail" for Output #4. Then, add "View" as a reminder action on the right, signifying that you've tried reaching out but haven't succeeded.
