In this tutorial, we will tell you more about exporting the data from your Simply-B2B account.📣
With the Simply-B2B you have the options of exporting data:
Per campaign

Export data from a single selected campaign
For All Campaigns
This option allows you to export data from all your campaigns in one go. When you choose this, you'll be asked for your preferred email address, and it may take a few minutes before you receive the CSV file. This file will contain data sorted by active (first) and inactive (following) campaigns, starting from the oldest and going to the newest.
📝 When you export a CSV file with all the campaigns, you will be asked to which email address would you like to receive the CSV file and it will take a few minutes before you get it.
You can also filter the Leads and export the ones that you need, you can check all the steps on how to do it here.
Reports
You can also export data from the Reports Pages. You have two formats to choose from:

- PDF (includes both chart and table formats)
- CSV (table format only)

You can also access the reports page of the particular campaign from your leads list page and even apply specific filters like just data from Linkedin or email or Data enrichment:
