  1. Launch Simply-B2B and navigate to the personalization feature.
  2. You'll find two valuable options: "Suggested Background" and "My Templates." Let's explore "My Templates" for custom personalization.

 

 

Step 2: Create a New Template 📝 Click on "Create New Template" to start your personalization journey. You'll be presented with a canvas to craft your unique image or GIF.

 

 

Step 3: Customize Your Template ✨ On the left-hand side of the canvas, you have several customization options:

 

 

  • Add Me: Import your LinkedIn profile picture.
  • Add Lead: Import your lead's LinkedIn profile picture. (Note: This imports each lead's picture individually. If a lead doesn't have a LinkedIn profile picture, the entire personalized image or GIF won't be sent.)
  • Choose a Custom Logo: Import a logo image from your computer.
  • Add Lead's Logo: Import your lead's company logo from their LinkedIn profile.
  • Add Text: Include personalized text, such as the lead's name, company, or any other relevant details. Customize font, size, color, alignment, and position to your liking.
  • Option to Delete Text: Remove any text elements if needed.

 

 

 

Step 4: Save Your Image or GIF 💾 Once you've created your personalized masterpiece, click on "Save Image." Your image or GIF is now ready to be incorporated into your outreach messages.

  • For email messages, you can choose where to insert your image or GIF.
  • For LinkedIn messages and InMails, LinkedIn will place your personalized images and GIFs at the bottom of the message.
