Cancelling Your Account
To cancel your subscription, simply head to your dashboard and click on Account Settings (that little cogwheel icon) next to your account name. When you cancel, don’t worry—you’ll still have access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. After that, your account will be automatically inaccessible, along with all its data. 🗃️
You’ll be asked to select a reason for your cancellation. Once you click the submit button, your account will be officially cancelled. Easy, right?
Deleting Your Account
If you want to say goodbye immediately, you can choose the “Delete Account” option. Just a heads-up: this means all data tied to your account will be gone for good—unrecoverable! 🚫
Important Note:
If you decide to use the Simply-B2B again later, you’ll need to purchase a new seat.
If you want to reactivate your seat after cancelling, contact your administrator!
