Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enhance your account security with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)! 🚀 New users can enable it during registration, and existing users can activate it in Account Settings. Download an authenticator app, scan the QR code, and enter the PIN. Disabling is quick via Settings. Start protecting your data today! 🔐

Setting Up 2FA for New Users

1. Register and Verify: Complete your Simply-B2B registration and verify your email address. Once done, a screen will pop up prompting you to activate 2FA.
   
   
   
   
2. Activate 2FA: Click on "Set Up 2FA". You'll see a new screen with further instructions.
   
   
3. Install an Authenticator App: Download an authenticator app on your mobile device if you haven’t already.
   
   
4. Scan QR Code: Open the authenticator app and use it to scan the QR code displayed on your screen. If you cannot scan a code here is a code you can insert into your authenticator app.
   
   
   
   
5. Enter the PIN: The app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code in the designated space on the Simply-B2B screen.
   
   
   

Setting Up 2FA for Existing Users

1. Access Settings
   Click on Account icon in the upper right corner of your campaigns dashboard.
   
   
   
   Then click on Account settings.
   
   
   
   
   
   

2. Select Set up 2FA
   
   Find the "Two-factor authentication" option and click on Set up 2FA.
   
   
   
   

3. Follow the Setup Flow

Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your 2FA, just like new users do!

❌ Disabling 2FA

1. Go to Settings
   Navigate back to "Settings" in the upper right corner.
   
   

2. Choose 2FA
   Select "Two-factor authentication (2FA)" from the options.
   
   

3. Disable
   Click on the "Disable 2FA Authentication" button.
   
   

When you log in to the Simply-B2B next time, a 2FA screen will pop up. Just open your authenticator app and enter the code it generates! 🔐
