Today, we’re diving into Bounce Rate Management for your email campaigns! We’ve implemented a new feature to help keep your campaigns running smoothly and your email reputation strong. Here’s everything you need to know.
How It Works:
When we detect a bounce rate higher than 8%, your campaign will be automatically paused. This helps ensure that high bounce rates don’t impact your email deliverability or overall performance.
What Happens Next:
- Notification Alert: You’ll receive a notification saying, “Your campaign [Campaign Name] has been paused due to a high bounce rate.”
- Email Notification: A similar message will also be sent to your email inbox.
Want to Restart the Campaign?
If you’re ready to give the campaign another go, you can reactivate it yourself:
- Go to your Campaign List.
- Find the paused campaign and toggle it back to ON.
After reactivation, we’ll give your campaign a 7-day grace period without checking the bounce rate, giving you time to make any necessary adjustments. Once the 7-day window passes, we’ll check the bounce rate again and pause the campaign if it still exceeds 8%.
Important to Note:
This feature activates once your campaign has sent a minimum of 100 emails and the recent bounce rate goes above the 8% threshold.
