Before you run off to do your outreach, there’s one last thing we need to set up in Simply-B2B for additional safety and extra reassurance that emails you’re about to send will surely land straight to your leads' inboxes. 8.1. Infinite Email Warm-Up

We’ve partnered up with InboxFlare to help those newly created email accounts warm-up and:

• Gain trust with email providers
• Protect your sender reputation
• Improve deliverability

• Make sure your emails land straight in your leads’ inboxes, and keep your emails away from spam.

With the Simply-B2B and InboxFlare combo, you can access unlimited email outreach and warm-up an infinite number of email accounts according to our Fair Use Policy. ✨

1. To start, you need to enable your InboxFlare account in Simply-B2B. Go to your Account settings in Simply-B2B and find the InboxFlare email warm-up. Click “Enable”.

⚠️ Only team owners can activate the Infinite email warm-up in Simply-B2B for all of their teams.

⚠️ You need to have at least one active seat in a team to enable the warm-up feature.

2. Once you hit “Enable,” you’ll get a link to InboxFlare and login credentials to your email (the one that’s connected with Simply-B2B).

3. After you log in to your InboxFlare account, add your email accounts - InboxFlare is compatible with all major email providers like Gmail, Outlook, and Zoho, and it also supports custom SMTP.

4. Follow your email provider's configuration instructions before adding an email account to InboxFlare. We will connect a Gmail email account as an example.

5. After that, log in with your email address, the app password, and Sender’s name 👇

6. Once you add your email account to InboxFlare, it will take a couple of minutes for the AI-customized warm-up to start. This warm-up strategy will be a default for your email. However, you can also customize the warm-up strategy to your particular needs.

If you want to customize the warm-up strategy yourself, you can do it in a couple of different ways:

1. Go to Settings to set the temperature of your warm-up process. Depending on the temperature you choose, the tool will send different amounts of emails for different periods of time. You will have default settings for each temperature, but you can also set them yourself. 🔥

2. You can also benefit from the DNS record check. The tool will show you if all DNS records are in check so you can proceed with safe outreach. If you haven’t set them correctly, like we’ve learned in Level 4 & Level 6, this is where it will show up, so you can correct it and optimize.

3. Choose specific topics for emails - This is where Warm up topic comes in. You can choose a topic for your account, and it will generate warm-up emails for specific industries, helping you personalize your warm-up further.

4. Monitor blacklists, domain configurations, and inbox settings so you can optimize your warm-up.

5. Run deliverability tests so you can check if your warm-up strategy is working or not. You can customize your templates and download a PDF deliverability report.

6. Choose among 30+ languages, so the warm-up is even more genuine for your domain 🗣️
