- First things firstโopen Sales Navigator and click on "Lists" to start building your Leads List.
Name Your Leads List โ๏ธ
- Give your Leads List a clear, meaningful name. This helps you stay organized and easily find your prospects later on.
Define Your Target Audience ๐
- Use the search bar to enter keywords relevant to your ideal prospects. Donโt forget to fine-tune your audience with filters on the left-hand side. This way, youโll make sure you're reaching the right people!
Handpick Your Prospects โ
- Take your time to manually select the best prospects for your Leads List. You can add up to 1500 prospects across all your Leads Lists, so make each one count!
โ Pro Tip: The Simply-B2B wonโt discover "out of network" leads, so you may see fewer leads in the tool compared to your original LinkedIn search.
Set Up Your Campaign ๐
- Once youโve filled your list with leads, itโs time to set up your campaign! Copy the URL of your Leads List, paste it into the designated area in the Simply-B2B, and give your campaign an awesome name.

- Leads List campaigns donโt have the degree option, but you can save connections with any degree (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
- The Simply-B2B automatically skips duplicated leads or those with pending connections from previous campaigns.
